Akreditace médií

Pro vstup na EXPO s jakoukoliv kamerou či fotoaparátem je nezbytně nutné se akreditovat.

První se registrujte do systému Tawassul, kde je následně možné zažádat o akreditaci médií na EXPO 2020 Dubai. Každá organizace musí v rámci Tawassul předložit jen jedno vyjádření zájmu o akreditaci médií. To znamená, že každá organizace jmenuje jednoho styčného důstojníka a kontaktní osobu pro akreditaci (tzv. Accreditation Liaison Officer), který bude fungovat jako jediná kontaktní osoba pro komunikaci s EXPO a poskytne údaje o organizaci a počtu požadovaných akreditací pro zaměstnance této organizace.

Následně budou schváleným mediálním organizacím poskytnuty přihlašovací údaje k akreditačnímu systému, do kterého bude třeba podat žádosti jednotlivých uchazečů.

ALO jedná jménem příslušné organizace ve všech funkcích a bude odpovědný za podání žádostí jménem jejích pracovníků.

Pro úspěšnou akreditaci následujte tyto kroky:

1. Tawassul

   Media to register for Tawassul.

2. Media accreditation expression of interest

   Media organisations to appoint an Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO) and submit a media accreditation expression of interest within Tawassul on behalf of the organisation.

3. ALO documentation

   ALO of approved organisations receives a launch email from the Expo Accreditation team with documentation to review, complete and submit including the Organisation Consent Form.

4. ALO personal details

   ALO submits personal details for ALO background check.

5. Accreditation system

   ALO receives accreditation system user account details for access.

6. Individual applications

   ALO submits individual accreditation applications on behalf of personnel from their respective organisation, including third-party/subcontractor personnel.

7. Data review

   Following the completion of background check of all individual applications by UAE authorities, ALO confirms that personal data submitted for all individual applications is accurate and that personnel are assigned the correct roles and privileges.

8. Accreditation pass collection and distribution

   ALO confirms individual or bulk collection of accreditation passes.

   Once the process is complete, the ALO will receive information when and where accreditation passes can be collected.
